Brittani Samuel (she/her) is a Caribbean-American arts journalist, theatre critic, and the co-editor of 3Views on Theater. Her work has appeared in American Theatre Magazine, Broadway News, The New York Times, and several other places on the Internet. She is an alum of the BIPOC Critics Lab and the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's National Critics Institute, as well as the inaugural recipient of ATCA’s Edward Medina Prize for Excellence in Cultural Criticism. Maddie Rostami|Co-Editor

Maddie Rostami (they/she) is a DC-based dramaturg, producer, and educator. They're the Senior Program Manager for CO_LAB Theater Group, a non-profit that provides creative and social opportunities to participants with developmental disabilities. Maddie previously served as the line producer for the Shahrazad Squad, a project supporting SWANASA women in partnership with Cal Shakes. They're the former Associate Artistic Director of Inclusion at the Portola Valley Theater Conservatory and a proud alum of the Berkeley Rep fellowship program. Favorite dramaturgy credits include Ever in the Glades (The Kennedy Center) and EYE C U (Victory Gardens). Maddie is currently earning a master's in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.

Erin Crandell|Communications Consultant

Erin Crandell (she/her) is a freelance digital and content strategist based between New York City and London. After dabbling in lighting design and scenic construction in Washington, DC, she transferred her passion for bringing stories to life to the world of social justice and nonprofits. With specific expertise in social media, Erin has helped philanthropies, grassroots nonprofits, and groups working for social change bring their missions and impact to life. Emily Chackerian|Associate Editor and Social Media Manager

Emily Chackerian (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based arts administrator, dramaturg, and journalist. She currently serves as the Artistic Assistant and Board Liaison at Signature Theatre. Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Emily attended Wesleyan University, where she studied playwriting. Dramaturgy credits include the world premiere of Dominique Morisseau's Bad Kreyòl and NYC revival of Sarah Ruhl's Eurydice (both at Signature Theatre). Emily's writing can be found in The Brooklyn Rail, HowlRound, and her (very silly but also highly insightful) cultural criticism newsletter, "What I Liked This Week".

Norah Brigid Monahan|Institutional Giving Lead

Nora Brigid Monahan (she/her) is a playwright, performer, arts advocate, and mom. She is best known for writing the book to the musical adaptation of Virginia Woolf's Orlando (music and lyrics by Cynthia Saunders) and the solo musical DIVA: Live From Hell (music and lyrics by Alexander Sage Oyen), as well as for her play Aunt Jack. As a performer, Nora has originated roles by writers such as Charles Busch, Ken Urban, James Presson, Randy Sharp, and Ianne Fields Stewart. She has been a guest artist at Penn State and Stockton University and also served as an adjunct at Stockton, teaching Theatre History and Script Analysis. Nora has also worked in fundraising and administration for The Lark Theatre, Primary Stages, the Sharon Playhouse, and Breaking the Binary before joining the team at 3Views. Nora is currently pursuing her MFA in the Playwriting program at Hunter College.

Rachel Maria Stuart|Individual Giving Lead

Rachel Maria Stuart (she/her) is an arts and culture development professional based in New York City. She began her Development career in San Francisco at the American Conservatory Theater, completing a year long fellowship. Rachel then settled in Manhattan and continued her career at Signature Theatre Company and the Guggenheim Museum. Rachel currently works at The Metropolitan Museum of Art as Assistant Development Officer of Leadership Gifts, and supports the fundraising efforts particularly for general operating support, special non-capital and capital campaigns,Trustee giving, and endowments for departments and positions. Rachel is deeply passionate about sourcing funding and galvanizing support for various art and culture organizations, projects, and initiatives.

Laurel Ledesma|Administrative and Communications Assistant

Laurel Ledesma (she/her) is a Rio Grande Valley born, New York-based Filipino American writer, dramaturg, performer, and stage manager. She’s the Administrative and Communications Assistant at 3Views, and has held positions at Fourth Wall Management, the International Emmy Awards, and New York Musical Festival. Laurel is deeply passionate about both the Arts and Sciences, and currently works in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry department at NYU Langone.

Sarah Rose Leonard|Advisory Council Lead

Sarah Rose Leonard (she/her) is a Californian/New Yorker dramaturg, creative producer, and the co-editor of 3Views on Theater. She is the Senior Dramaturg at the Ojai Playwrights Conference and has held literary staff positions at Berkeley Repertory Theater, Signature Theater, and Page 73. Recent production and development dramaturgy credits include Eureka Day by Jonathan Spector (MTC/Broadway), ¡VOS! by Christina Pumariega (Two River), The Lehman Trilogy directed by Margot Bordelon (Denver Center), and Factory 812 by Minghao Tu (Rattlestick), This Much I Know by Jonathan Spector (Roundabout, Aurora), and The Fall Play (Shotgun Players, UC Davis), a co-devised dance theater piece created with choreographer Erika Chong Shuch, which revolves around Chuck Mee’s stage directions. Her day career is as the Senior Producer of Live Events and Strategy at KQED, the Bay Area’s NPR/PBS member station, where she brings journalism to life onstage.
