What’s the biggest piece of advice you have for someone hoping to produce their own work?

Dear Grace,

Just do it. Learn on the job and then do it again.

Just make sure you’re doing it for you and define the success of the show as something that you can control. If you’re producing in hopes of future career opportunities, it’ll just lead to disappointment and resentment.
